Comida tipica Dominicana. Deliciosa, fresca y grande porcion. My first time eating here while visiting Connecticut. I'll definitely go back. Thinking about going tomorrow for breakfast

I usually get take out. The food never disappoints, I almost always get the Chicharron. My mother-in-law had them a few weeks ago and she’s hooked. She’s never had Dominican food, so this was a good place to start her off.

Today was my first time here and everything I got was awesome! Pepper steak, rice and peas, smashed plantains and sweet plantains! The servers were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back.

I love eating here. I am From Washing Heightz (Little DR) & the vibe is always on point. Respectful and welcoming. They’re very friendly which is a plus for me because I like when restaurant are nice to me. I tend to frequent them more when that happens. I went into a pizza shop recently and people looked at me and put their heads down. I just walked out. Every time I come in here it’s “My Love what do you need? What can I get you.” I how up for the food. But the People are just a Plus. My roots are from the island of Ayiti as well (pre-colonial era DR) so it feels nice when “your people” are nice to you. THE MANGU IS FIRE

Haven't had a bad meal here yet. Not all the servers speak English, but if you're bilingual or Spanish speaking that doesn't even matter. Even though they speak little English, the service is always kind and inviting. Food is always warm, rice is never partially uncooked (crunchy). Chicken is never dried out. I love the food....and I'm there so often, some of the servers even try to teach me Spanish

Where do I begin?! Let me start by saying that as we were eating at home -we order takeout- I just had to call them to congratulate them for their excellent food. And I NEVER do that. This little gem has the best Latin food we’ve ever had, period! Everything, absolutely everything was superb. As always, we got a little carried away when we found this place and order a few different things. Two different soups, the chofan (fried rice), the beans... omg those beans!!! The beef stew, 3 golpes (Dominican Breakfast) and maduritos. It truly brought us back to our favorite time in DR!! It’s definitely traditional Dominican flavor. -Now let’s talk about service. These girls at the front are not only friendly and quick, but also kind enough to suggest me a combo to have my price adjusted -since I was ordering everything but the kitchen sink- so I wouldn’t overpay. I mean...That’s how you run a business and win costumers! -And from a price point, I will be here all the time from now on because is so affordable that I can ditch the cooking and relax a bit more. I will give them 10 ’s if I could. Great job guys!
